As the Journal of 21st Century Engineer enters its fourth year in publication and continues to gain more national recognition, it was proposed that the name of the Journal be changed to reflect its expanding mission. The Journal Editorial Board of Directors voted unanimously to change the name to The International Journal of Modern Engineering (IJME). Upon this change, a new logo was designed and approved by the Board. Subsequently, the entire Journalís archive was modified to reflect the new logo and name. The Journal still retains its domain address http://www.21centuryengineer.com) for the time being.
There were also some changes to our editorial staff. Dr.
