The Continued Success of IJME in Forming More Partnerships and the Great Interest for its Upcoming Conference

It truly has been a remarkable year for the International Journal of Modern Engineering (IJME) as Journal continues to form more partnerships and becoming a recognized leader among academic journals. The latest journal joining us is International Journal of Applied Management and Technology (IJAMT). That makes a total of six (6) journals sponsoring our upcoming conference.

The interest for the conference far exceeded our expectations. We received over 200 abstracts from all over the world and accepted around 130 for the conference. We have now received 120 manuscripts whose authors represent over 100 universities/colleges and 15 companies from USA and 15 other countries. The authors include students, faculty, industry experts, journal editors, directors, chairs, deans and presidents. We have received manuscripts from various fields of engineering, engineering technology, industrial technology, math, computer science and business areas.

On behalf of The 2006 IJME-INTERTECH Conference Committee, we invite you to register and participate in this great event. It is the first time that so many professionals from so many disciplines will come together. This will be a great opportunity for networking and cross -disciplinary collaborations on various projects.

Selected papers from this premier conference will be published in special issues of six (6) refereed international journals: International Journal of Modern Engineering, Journal of Industry and Higher Education, International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Journal of STEM Education,
International Journal of Applied Management and Technology and Journal of Technology Studies.

We are still seeking dedicated individuals to serve as reviewers and session chairs.  Please visit the conference web site for more information:

The current issue includes five articles, software review, and a book review. The manuscript acceptance rate for this issue was 30%. We hope you enjoy our current issue and continue to support the Journal and participate in the upcoming conference. As always, we welcome your suggestions and comments.
