A Document Submission and Peer-Review Administration System

As editors for Academic Journals and Conferences we have found the Peer review process for manuscript submission, distribution, communication with authors and reviewers to be expensive and inefficient.  Most of this process is managed by Graduate Assistants and constant rotation causing re-training cost and chances for errors. As a result, International Technology Solutions, Inc developed a Web based document management system called ReView that automates the entire process.  This automated system will eliminate all manual tasks and allow the editors to easily monitor the real time status of all activities. It is a complete solution for Document submissions and Peer review administration process. An overview of the system features are listed below:
